Venue Packages

Venue Rental Prices - up to 60 Guest:               

Includes 7 hours of venue rental, set up and break down.                                   

 Venue Rental only Prices without decor:

  •  Tables (Guest, Cake, Head & Gift)
  •  Chiavari Chairs w/pads
  •  Pintuck or Crush Taffeta Table linen- (White or black)
  •  Basic White Backdrop 

Monday – Thursday:         $900 

Friday – Sunday:                 $1200            

  

Venue Rental Prices with Décor:

Silver Package:

  •  Pintuck or Crush Taffeta Table linen (White or black)
  •  White Backdrop with color panels
  •  Centerpieces- Cylinder Vases w/floating Candles or Silk floral balls  displayed on stands (gold or silver)
  •  Napkins (Your choice of color in stock)
  •  Napkin Rings
  •  Sashes (Your choice of color in stock)
  •  Basic charger plates
  •  Up lighting (2) 

Monday – Thursday:    $1400 

Friday - Sunday:   $1800

  

Gold Package:

  •  Pintuck or Crush Taffeta Table linen (Choice of Color in inventory only)-
  •  Custom Backdrop with balloon arch
  •  Centerpieces – Centerpieces (In stock), Cylinder Vases w/floating Candles, or Silk floral balls displayed on stands (gold or silver)
  •  Napkins (choice of color in stock)
  •  Napkin Rings
  •  Runners (gold or silver sequence)
  •  Sashes (your choice of color in stock)
  •  Sweetheart Table w/Specialty Linen & Décor
  •  Cake table w/Specialty Linen

Taxes

Refundable security deposit of $350

Event Insurance $105

Cleaning Fee $215(Optional)

Bartender- $225(Provided by the venue)

 

A Licensed Bar tender is required if you are having alcohol at your event which we provide pricing upon request.

HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE?

We require a non-refundable $350.00 payment booking fee to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event.

WILL YOU HOLD MY DATE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates. Dates are reserved on a first come first served basis with signed contract and non-refundable booking fee.

DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE EVENT AT A TIME?

Never, when you book Creative1Photos Event Venue is yours, and yours alone.

CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS

Yes, we do require all professional vendors to be licensed and insured.

WHAT TIME DOES MY EVENT HAVE TO END?

Event end time is 11 pm. This includes cleanup. There is a surcharge for events after 12 AM.

CAN I SETUP BEFORE MY RENTAL TIME?

No. Your rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup. Please coordinate with your vendors of your rental time.
